These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tablo application and services (collectively, "Tablo"), which are owned and operated by Kiya Co. LLC, a company registered in California, USA.
By accessing or using Tablo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Tablo. Some features (such as future dating services) may be restricted to users 18 years or older. By using Tablo, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to suspend or close your account if you provide false information or otherwise violate these eligibility requirements.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information when creating your account
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
3. User Content
You may upload content (text, images, links, resumes, etc.) to Tablo. You retain ownership of your content, but by posting it on Tablo, you grant Kiya Co. LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute it as necessary to operate and improve the service.
You may not post content that:
- Violates laws or regulations
- Contains hate speech, harassment, threats, or explicit content
- Infringes on others’ intellectual property
- Includes private or sensitive information (e.g., financial details, passwords, or government IDs)
4. Payments
If you make purchases through Tablo, you agree to our payment terms. We may use third-party services to process payments securely. You may be allowed to store a payment method for future transactions using a tokenized and PCI-compliant system.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use Tablo for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the platform
- Upload viruses, bots, or harmful code
- Misuse the platform to send spam or unsolicited content
- Engage in data mining, scraping, or similar activities to collect or extract data from the platform
6. Advertising
Users are not allowed to post advertisements or promotional content in chat groups. Any user or business wishing to advertise on the Tablo platform must contact us through the in-app support system, our website, or by email at [email protected]. Unauthorized advertising may result in content removal or account action.
7. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided by Tablo (excluding user-generated content), including trademarks, logos, software, and designs, are owned by Kiya Co. LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Tablo at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Tablo is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be secure, error-free, or uninterrupted.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiya Co. LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Tablo.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are significant, we’ll notify you via the app or email. Continued use of Tablo after updates means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
